Refund policy

Custom items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Because each item is made to the customer specifications, orders that are produced according to measurements, sizing and details provided will not be remade, replaced or refunded at no cost.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is made incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when ordering. If incorrect measurements are submitted, the item will not qualify for a free remake or replacement.
Measurements must also be typed out, photographs of measurements will not be accepted.

Returns will be accepted on non-custom items within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition. 

A 50$ restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. Shipping fees are non refundable, this includes both the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (if approved) will be processed minus applicable restocking fee and shipping costs

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting AND from the natural characteristics of leather.
