Store Policy

CUSTOMS:
Custom items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Because each item is made to the customer specifications, orders that are produced according to measurements, sizing and details provided will not be remade, replaced or refunded at no cost.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is made incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when ordering. If incorrect measurements are submitted, the item will not qualify for a free remake or replacement.
Measurements must also be typed out, Photographs of measurements will not be accepted.

Returns will be accepted on non-custom items within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition.
A 50$ restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. Shipping fees are non refundable, this includes both the original shipping cost and return shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (if approved) will be processed minus applicable restocking fee and shipping costs.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting AND from the natural characteristics of leather.

SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees to resend.

The Lazy H is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. We are here to offer support, however once the package dropped off at the carrier, our hands are tied. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER:
Horseback riding and the use of equine tack involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, serious harm, or death. By purchasing and using tack produced by The Lazy H, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
It is the responsibility of the rider or handler to properly fit, inspect and maintain all tack before each use. The customer/buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the suitability of the product for their intended use.
The Lazy H is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product. Use of our products constitutes acceptance that the rider or handler assumes all risks associated with horseback riding and tack use.
Tack should be regularly inspected for wear, damage or improper fit and should not be used if any defect or weakness is suspected.

WARRANTY:
All products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship.
If a product fails due to a defect in craftsmanship or materials within this period, it may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper care, cosmetic changes that naturally occur with leather over time, items made to incorrect measurements/specifications provided by the customer.
Any orders altered or modified after received by customer will null and void warranty.
